We started Silver Lining Interactive with one simple idea: make game publishing feel less like a transaction and more like a partnership. Most of us came from the Merge Games team, and we wanted to keep working with people we admire: developers, artists, and players who genuinely love what they do.
One of our team said we should be known as a “no fuss, no drama” crew and that struck a chord with all of us. That became one of our goals. We want to make things easier, not harder - help developers bring their ideas to life without getting in the way of the magic.
The games industry is changing fast. More indie teams are self-publishing, so we’ve adapted too. Instead of forcing projects into a traditional model, we work flexibly - fitting into your plan, filling the gaps, and letting you keep the creative wheel.
Why we’re different
We stick around. Many of our partners choose to work with us again, and that trust means everything. And while the world is going digital, we’re still in love with the physical: those beautiful, premium editions you can hold in your hands and proudly put on your shelf.
At the end of the day, we’re here for one reason: to help make great games happen and make the people behind them proud.
